How I came into relationship with Jesus Christ As a young adult living for myself, God was pursuing me. During my first tour in the Army I began reading the Bible faithfully. One day I was caught in a storm and pulled over to wait it out. I realized that as I failed to outrun the storm I also could not outrun God anymore. It was during the summer of 1994 that I confessed my sin, sought the forgiveness of Christ and began serving in the church.
How I came to Harvest Through a crazy set of circumstances, while on staff at Harvest Bible Chapel in Chicago serving as the Pastor of Biblical Soul Care, the Lord began to pursue me and challenge me to consider serving in a role that had increased responsibility. I was connected to HBC Granger and began to communicate and meet with the Elders. After meeting and fellowshipping with the staff and congregation, I knew I was being called to this ministry. There was no turning back!
What I do at Harvest I lead Biblical Soul Care and Small Group ministries.
Why I do what I do I am compelled to walk with and lead others to grow in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ!
