OPTION 1: LOOK AT THE BOOK
Are you a wordsmith? Do you enjoy dissecting text and sentences to discover a deeper understanding? The Look-at-the-Book method by John Piper is an interactive way to connect and draw words together to see the text in a new way. This class will teach you a new technique of diagramming sentences to draw out more from each passage.
OPTION 2: PRECEPTS
Dive into an investigative approach to the Bible through a beginners course on Precepts Bible Study Methods. This unique method uses three basic components: observation, interpretation and application to help establish you in God’s Word.
OPTION 3: BIBLE JOURNALING
Are you a little more visual in your learning? Bible journaling is a growing Bible Study trend that we’ll explore in the Bible and Prayer Journaling Workshop. We’ll learn creative ways of journaling, while balancing the careful examination of the Bible.
OPTION 4: BIBLE STUDY BASICS
If the idea of daily time in the Word is completely new to you and you are looking for starting point, the Bible Study Basics Workshop might be a perfect class for you. Learn to cultivate a personal quiet time and dive into the powerful way of approaching your daily time spent in the Word.
