Compassion Ministry

Reaching out to those in our communities, and within our body, who are in need. We do this by equipping the church to show compassion as we make disciples. 

• Equip saints to make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20)
• Exalt the living and active Word of God (Hebrews 4:12)
• Exercise for our neighbors (Luke 10:37)
• Enter into our community (John 1:14)
• Establish bridges of connection (1 Corinthians 10:31-33)
• Enact justice on behalf of others (Micah 6:8)
• Engage the power of prayer (Jeremiah 33:3)

Mission
Make disciples of Christ by loving people to Jesus. 


What We Believe 

1. We believe that our commitment to the gospel compels us to reach out to those in our community who otherwise would never pick up a Bible, come to a church, or hear the gospel. 
2. We believe the mark of authentic Christianity is love.
3. We believe the gospel confronts injustice wherever it is found in individuals and communities. 
4. We believe the best citizens of our community should be those who are also citizens of Christ’s kingdom.
