Meeting at a small conference room in September 1988, eighteen men and women came together to form a different kind of church. By God's hand, Harvest Bible Chapel in Rolling Meadows Illinois has now grown into a healthy, functioning Christian fellowship of over 6,000 individuals. After meeting in a high school for seven years, God supernaturally provided a facility to house this significant ministry and the forty plus full and part-time staff who serve the church. Recently, the church in Rolling Meadows set out a plan to establish new churches which would share the same vision, values and beliefs. Since March 2000, God has blessed their vision and efforts as more than 50 Harvest Bible Chapel's have been planted all across America and Internationally!

In Granger...
In 2006, a group of three families desiring a Bible-saturated church met with Harvest Bible Fellowship to discuss the possibility of planting a Harvest Bible Chapel in Granger, Indiana. Over the course of a year the group grew to seven families meeting weekly for worship and prayer in the basement of one of the families. In the summer of 2008, Harvest Bible Fellowship appointed a pastor, Trent Griffith.
The group continued to grow through the Fall of 2008. The group grew to over 100 people meeting together weekly on Saturday nights and in small groups throughout the week.
On February 8, 2009, the first official worship service of Harvest Bible Chapel Granger took place at Northpoint Elementary School in Granger. Now that the church has been planted, it is committed to growing, not just numerically, but most importantly in its passion for Jesus Christ.
Today at Harvest Granger, over 450 people meet weekly for worship. Each week God's Word is proclaimed and Jesus is lifted high in passionate, Christ-centered worship through song. Our Higher Ground children's ministry is an energetic Bible centered ministry that focuses on the discipleship of children from birth through 5th grade. Outside of Sunday those worshipers meet for small group discipleship in homes throughout Michiana. Wednesday nights teenagers gather for a challenge to stand strong for the Lord in a world of sin.
God is at work at Harvest Granger...and we think HE IS JUST GETTING STARTED!!!
